- A 100% deposit is required for reservations for split charters. No refund allowed for split charters.
- A 50% deposit is required for private trips.
- No show up will be charged the full amount of the charter.
- Any dangerous weather determined by the Captain.
- No charge will be apply to trip cancelled by any dangerous weather determined by the Captain.
- Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will be charged the full amount. (for private charters)
- Charters payable by Cash, VISA, Master Card or Discover and Certified Checks. (Amex No accepted)
- To confirm the trip, We need a Credit Card number.
